🔄 Exchange Policy — boxbranding
At boxbranding, we strive to ensure that each customer receives their order exactly as requested. Due to the nature of our international logistics and distribution system, we do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences (such as color, size, or taste) once the order is confirmed.
Accepted Exchange Cases
We only accept exchange requests in the following situations:

The product received does not match the order (model, color, size)

The product arrived with obvious manufacturing defects
🕐 Request period : Requests must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving the order by emailing contacto@boxbranding.com with clear photographic evidence and the order number.
Conditions for Exchange Approval
To be approved, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Clear evidence of the error or defect must be provided
Once approved, we will offer:

Free reshipment of the correct product

Or a store credit coupon (if preferred by the customer)
Exclusions
Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

The customer made an error when selecting size, color, or product

The product was used or is no longer in original condition

The request was submitted after the deadline
