🔁 Return and Refund Policy — boxbranding

At boxbranding, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, exchanges, and refunds, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.

1. General Requirements for Return Requests

We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or in poor condition

  • The product does not match the description or what was ordered

  • The order was delivered incomplete or incorrect

🕐 Request period : Customers must notify us within 10 calendar days of receiving the product by sending photographic evidence and the order number to: contacto@boxbranding.com

2. Non-Refundable Products

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used products, or those without original packaging or resale conditions

  • Damage caused by customer misuse

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier or customs (see Shipping Policy)

  • Preference-based changes (eg, color, size, taste), unless it was our error

3. Evaluation and Approval Process

Once the request is received, our support team will evaluate the case. If applicable, one of the following solutions will be offered:

  • Partial or full refund

  • Free reshipment of the correct product

  • Store credit coupon (if preferred by the customer)

The customer will be notified of the outcome within 5 business days via email.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. The refund time depends on the payment service provider or issuing bank and may take between 5 to 15 business days after approval.

5. Return Costs

If the error is boxbranding's responsibility (defective or incorrect product), we will cover all associated return or reshipment costs.

If the customer requests a return for reasons not attributable to the store, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The refund (if applicable) will only be processed once the returned product is received in acceptable condition.

6. Modifications

https://boxbranding.myshopify.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.
